Are You Thinking 3 Moves Ahead?
While at his prior job, Tom Rutherford, Starbelly’s Principal, designed and developed that marketing agency’s “3 Moves Ahead” 3-dimensional business development campaign — leading to roughly an 800% ROI for Kryl & Company in each of the two years in which the campaign ran.
With an eye on a tight budget, the campaign — taregted to a limited pool of ideal prospects — consisted of an initial postcard mailing, followed by the dimensional direct mail piece (with an offer for a free consultation), and completed with follow-up phone call.
The campaign was critically praised by Lewis Lazare in the Chicago Sun Times. Better yet, the campaign led to several new accounts and then repeat business.
Informatica 30-City “Roadshow”
We helped Informatica design, produce, and facilitate event signage (vertical banners, directional and sponsorship easel signs, and table-top sponsor signs) to promote a new product version launch as well as User Group programs. The “roadshow” traveled between 30 cities with some common booth signage, but required over 120 individual sponsorship easels and table-tops to accommodate various locale/sponsor combinations.

Starbelly helped Currency Exchange promote a variety of products with posters, transit signs, bus wraps, and billboards. Also helped promote the Currency Exchange’s initial “Back to School” campaigns which eventual led to a separate not-for-profit enterprise.
